More About Me
Philadelphia isn't just where I work — it's where my roots, relationships, and passion for real estate
began.
My interest in real estate started long before I became licensed. After purchasing my first home in 2007,
I became deeply engaged in understanding every aspect of the transaction — from contracts and
regulations to timelines and negotiation strategy. That curiosity evolved into a career grounded in
knowledge, advocacy, and client service.
As a lifelong Philadelphian, I bring more than market expertise to my work — I bring lived experience. I
grew up in Strawberry Mansion, earned my undergraduate degree from Temple University, and have
lived in neighborhoods throughout the city, including Olney, Fairmount, and the Northeast. I've also
worked across multiple City of Philadelphia departments and currently serve with the Department of
Recreation in the community where I was raised, strengthening my connection to the people and
neighborhoods I serve.
Earlier in my career, I spent over 10 years in Tobacco Control, coordinating surveys of more than 6,000
retail outlets citywide. This role required extensive on-the-ground engagement across every section of
Philadelphia, giving me a comprehensive understanding of neighborhood dynamics, commercial
corridors, and local trends — insight that continues to inform my real estate practice today.
I am especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, growing families, and long-term residents
move forward with confidence. My approach is professional, transparent, and client-focused, ensuring
every client feels informed and supported from the initial consultation through closing.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring Philadelphia's neighborhoods, spending time outdoors along
Kelly Drive, and experiencing the city's vibrant food scene. Travel is also a personal passion that has
shaped my appreciation for lifestyle, home, and intentional living.
At the core of my work is a commitment to service, trust, and helping clients make confident real estate
decisions — whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime residence, or planning their
next chapter.
